[Music] Thank you Hey guys welcome to Big Boy crypto my Name is Ben uh tonight I want to talk to You guys about what is going on with Gary ginsler and regulation so if you Guys know we of course had a bill that We were pushing through uh Dead on Arrival at this point but it was To create a digital asset commission we Wanted to have uh seven members one to Have Three people from the crypto space two Lawyers and uh two members of cftc That's what we're trying to do well Now they're reintroducing a crypto bill From Columbus and gillibrand person Jill Brand and Cynthia Lumis Um that was introduced in 2022 and this Was not the the stadium out build Uh was a little bit different and its Whole point is to Put through regulations For you know cftc and SEC who manages What so it's gonna be very interesting To see what happens in this occurrence Uh when they put this out is it going to Be good is it going to be bad I just Don't know and uh you know I've been Told that Kirsten Joe brand and the Elements are both good actors in the Space Um so I think they mean well I know Someone that has talked to Kirsten gel
Brand personally and says that she has Uh you know some good intentions now Of course when the bill comes out we're Not going to know exactly what from that Bill is going to stay which one what's Going to stick and then what it's going To go ahead and and be changed because These things obviously get changed a lot After they are introduced Now Patrick McHenry who is the uh speaker of The the house for the Senate Where is he in Congress I you know what I forget who these people are but it's Very important uh he is going to Introduce uh this bill Um and I think it's important that it's Coming from the house Republican son He's that within two months we're going To have crypto regulations that's Phenomenal now how does this tie in to This famous sell in may walk away Um that a lot of people are talking About crypto face talking about it Garrett's always talking about it and What I tell you is if you take the Four-year cycle it's actually three Years and ten months so the 2016 having Was in July the 2020 having was in may Now the 200 2024 having should be in March so basically what you're doing is You're moving the cycle two months every Four years Um approximately so if that's true then
In 2019 which would be the four-year Equivalent to where we're at now In may we started pumping all the way up To fourteen thousand dollars and uh the End of June or maybe it was beginning of July when it topped out it's very close Uh in that range and basically Uh what happened is then we got a Gigantic crash or all kinds of reasons For this Um a lot of people thought it was the Plus token Ponzi scheme and the one coin Punches scheme they may have actually Affected uh what was going on in the Market at that time Foreign [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Bitcoin pump for the Bitcoin conference Because that was going on when it hit The top uh we rode the crypto bit bus From LA to San Francisco it's fun that You're it used to be in San Francisco For you newbies but uh it was a lot of Fun had a great time but The price was pumping and then it came All the way back I certainly think there Is a scenario where these people are Right where we're going to go up through May Because it's too much right time's in End of June July last time this time We'll talk about in May kind of makes
Sense right And so if that's the case then I really Believe we can go down and touch 23 300 Bounce off of that and then go back up People are going to be freaking out if That happens but there's no that's what The cycle does that's what it's done Every cycle is a big move like that uh The one thing that didn't happen before Was the gigantic uh pandemic crash uh That we saw that was that was new that Was that was something fresh Um but you know the point is is that Let's talk about Gary Ginkgo for just a Moment Gary Kinsler has been totally Exposed my guy ZK shark over on Twitter Uh with the help of Brian Armstrong has Been exposing moment after moment of Gary ginsler Double speaking saying I can't remember What the year was I think it was 2016 maybe I'm not 100 sure uh maybe it Was 2018. saying that the SEC had Already decided that three quarters of All icos in the crypto space were not Security so what that means is now that He's in charge he's usurping the power And everybody sees it so we'll be Covering on a video this week uh a lot Of those clips from Gary ginsler talking Out of his Kinsler if you will uh and We're also going to be uh doing a an Elizabeth Warren expose video so buckle Up and get ready for that coming back in
